sorry about that. i guess i am a bit lazy about fully explaining myself. maybe i wont fully understand how important it is to explain until i'm actualy programming :lol: i will look into that stuff when i have some free time(at work) and download it when i get home. thanks.

We have plenty of hardware information on the SNES including the current and most accurate SNES hardware docs by Anomie. Many sites don't have those. Not to mention, we've got sample assembly source code and more. http://www.romhacking.net all of anomie's guides are hardware guides. no tutorials on...

Assembly is per-cpu. You have to mention which kind of assembly you wish to learn. For example, I learnt 80386 ASM from this (actually own a hard copy), especially chapter 17 (instruction set) and from all the stuff Nach and TRAC told me (especially about pointers and type sizes). hi i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to learn assembly language. i want to do things with the spc and whatever other thing inside the nes or the carts that make music. any books(prefferably downloadable) that you reccomend reading? whats steps should i take to learn? ho...
