ive done all the port forwarding and such using a router but my brother is trying to connect from his work whenever i run the server nothing ever happens though thats my point

i have done all the nessicary steps im not blindlingly posting for random help shouldnt zsnes (btw i'm too stupid to learn the name of the emulator) eventually connect? it never does just sits and i cant do anything

My brother and i have been trying to use netplay (maybe im just dumb?) but when i hit start as server it doesnt do anything but sit there i cant start any games cant chat in zsnes (btw i'm too stupid to learn the name of the emulator) etc. could i get a little help please?
