I own an azerty's keyboard

When I use netplay and chat in the netplay's window, I can use the azerty's keyboard normally

But when I chat during a game (with T key), my keyboard is set to qwerty so I must use the key Q to write a A, ? to make a M, W to make a Z, ...

Is it a bug?
