Yeah, that's the thing with the Qt framework. A few custom steps in compilation if you want to do a serious GUI app. When using the Q_OBJECT macro, I think you either have to use qmake or use the meta-object compiler (moc) by itself. Unfortunately, I don't know the nitty-gritty details behind that; ...

An interesting turn of events relating to the early discussion about Qt's license. http://www.qtsoftware.com/about/news/lgpl-license-option-added-to-qt With the March release of Qt 4.5 comes the LGPL. Rather unexpected, but there you go. :P Obviously I'm not expecting all this existing UI work in bs...

Kaspersky is not a central authority on application safety. It can try to detect if an application is safe, but it can never be 100% accurate, simply because thousands upon thousands of applications exist, each with different behavior. Also, there are multiple anti-virus programs that exist, and non...

My sarcasm detector just suffered a meltdown. So, unless some other dedicated person takes a crack at special chips, you'll continue to concentrate on the base console? Regardless, I've always been interested in bsnes; both from a technical perspective and its effect on other emulators. Everyone gai...

Minor bug that's been around since 0.85: When you select File-->Power Off, it does what it's supposed to do, but if you try to load another ROM afterwards, you get problems, mostly with sound. It doesn't go away until you restart Regen. If you load another ROM without powering off, it runs fine. Als...
