ZSNES board

Ok well I still cant get my controller to work, when i go to try and config-> input and then I hit set keys it says "press key for up" I hit up on my 360 controller and then ZSNES freezes and I have to ctrl alt delete to close it.

Ok...sorry. How do I configure my controller though? And will it really make a difference if im using JoyToKey or configuring with ZSNES?

Its gone pretty good until actually playing. Basically its not very responsive or too responsive, it wont always tell it to go which...
