It's been a while since he's given any updates or replied, has he given up? If so, you willing to let someone else finish this for your spiller?

Deathlike2: I figured that was the case but I just thought it could possibly help with games like Mario Kart that use Mode 7, if not no big deal.

I'm not sure if this helps at all with the 3D stuff with your Java SNES emulator, but I found this that enables 3D to be done easier with Java

Just wanted to help anyway possible.

I'm very impressed, out of the 5 games I tested, it run incredibly smooth. Games I tested were: Diddy's Kong Quest Goof Troop Super Mario World Virtual Bart Chrono Trigger Did notice a few little minor graphic issues and layer issues with CT, DKQ and VB but they weren't big enough to make the games ...

Didn't know we were talking about such a big and possibly impossible task.

Is Snes9x even open source?

Has anyone ever considered doing this? And is it possible? I know there are online emulators for other systems like NES, GBC, Sega Genesis, etc but no Super Nintendo I'm considering this but it wouldn't be me but rather someone I'd pay to do it.
