Yes, I've been using both the sparkly save spots as well as the ZSNES save state.

Permissions issue? I don't know where Mac zsnes puts save data. How would I go about finding that out? I opened the containing folder and there are a bunch of different filenames: I had been opening "Chrono Trigger (U).smc" with my emulator (because that was the only one available) but no...
