Oh dear.... The "downloads" folder is a directory on your hard drive. Somewhere. Windows is not very forthcoming with that information, and it varies from version to version. I generally recommend NOT using the default Windows pseudo-directories like "my documents" precisely BEC...

I don't really know how to navigate, so that's why I'm asking.
In other words, how do I access the 'Downloads' file.
