I should have been clearer, I meant where do I set the save directory to? I know HOW to, it's just I'm not sure what to write.
You said something about placing them in a directory I can write to. What would I need to write underneath config -> paths in order for it to work properly?

This is probably going to be a noob question but...how do I do that?grinvader wrote:Configure zsnes so that save states are placed in a directory you can write to (like your home folder).

Where did you copy zsnes and the game to? Also what OS (Windows XP/vista/7, mac os, linux, etc) and what zsnes version? My Downloads section. Using Windows 7. I can't recall what version of ZSNES it was, though. also, make sure you extracted zsnes from its archive (i.e. you're not running it from w...

I'm not sure how active this place is anymore, and from the looks of it, not very...but anyways, I just downloaded ZSNES and Earthbound. I've been trying to make a save state but it doesn't go through; instead on the bottom it says "Unable to Save." It's getting really frustrating. If anyo...
