ZSNES board

I'm using Windows 7 Home 64.

It appears the problem is the O button is worked into the zsnes system to work the same as the ESC button on the keyboard. I am not very tech saavy, so I would not know how to go about fixing this. But I guess this is becoming more of a software problem than a controller problem.

I can map every button on my ps3 controller except the O buton. I'm trying to make this the "A" key. But whenever I try to map it, it just gives me the --- instead of mapping it. I can use other buttons for A, but if it would be best to use O if im trying to model my controller after a SNE...
