Re: scanlines intensity in newgfx16.asm
The color values are bit shifted to the right by one bit (50%) and the least significant bits are masked off so they don't overflow into the neighboring color channels. To do any arbitrary color level, you'll need to use actual multiplication and/or division instead of bit shifting. Oh! thanks a lo...

Re: Z.N.E.S
Awesome. Now you just need to publish the source code somewhere, maybe. Unless you only built this from an existing source base. I remember such a thing existing, but I don't remember where it was published. ZSNES as a libretro frontend. Hi, sorry, you are right, i forget to add the source changes ...

Re: Z.N.E.S
"**** i need to use dots, because some admin believe is you write zsnes without the S... you are stupid ****" It is an automated filter, because it is almost always true. And because it is funny. You could always spell it ZedNES, like the british. yup, sure is automatic filter, but someon...

Re: Zsnes DOS - original resolution
Awww, your's don't offer that much range? All the CRTs I've had gave me crazy huge amounts of adjustment. Hi! here i have 3 31khz CRT screens, Samsung, Sony and Philips, and maybe they have I dont know 10% 15% no more stretch limit, like 256 will be 288 or something like this, never fullscreen I ha...

Re: Zsnes DOS - original resolution
Okay, first, this is awesome. But second... Some pictures Normal ZSNES, show 8:3 inside a 4:3 screen. The only way to have cortrect aspect ratio or fullscreen, is do a stretch, bad idea Actually, for your setup, it's not. With a CRT monitor, you can adjust the monitor's H- and V- width. That's a los...

Re: Zsnes SVN r4538 windows?
Hi, thanks for reply!
I read that with r4538, is possible to play Puyo Puyo 2, and Kirby's Avalanche, but with 1.51 is not possible. If this is true, thats why im looking for it
I can play this two games with 1.42, but because limited video options, i can´t use this old version
Thanks

ZSNES DOS and custom resolutions?
Hi, exist a build of Zsnes for DOS with custom resolutions? someone knows? Using AdvanceCab http://advancemame.sourceforge.net/cab-readme.html i can make very perfect resolutions for my emulators in DOS, to avoid 256x224/320x224 or 256x240/320x240 that most VGA CRT screens detect like 640x480/720x40...

Re: How can i use 5x4 resolution? on 1280x1024 screen
Thanks for the reply Yes, one of first things i try was a 1280x896 window mode, I dont like window mode, but is is the only way..... But, even when this resolution is a 5x4 perfect multiple from 256x224, i dont get the perfect pixels, i get like a small blurriness It seems zsnes, scale with some deg...

Re: How can i use 5x4 resolution? on 1280x1024 screen
Thanks for reply A custom resolution is not a chance, since my TFT is 1280x1024, and TFT have a fix resolution For example, when i use Kega Fusion, to emulate megadrive/master system games, i get a perfect resolution, for example 320x224 = 1280x896 4:4 (Megadrive) 256x224 = 1280x896 5:4 (Megadrive) ...

How can i use 5x4 resolution? on 1280x1024 screen
Hi! sorry my english
Is possible to use a 5x4 resolution. Since most games are 256x224, a 5x4 will be 1280x896
This is perfect for a 1280x1024 screen. I use this on other emulators, like NES o Megadrive (4x4 for 320x224) to get a perfect quality, sharp perfect pixels
Windows version
Greetings!
