ZSNES board

it only works as long as it is running, if I shut it down and restart it, all I get is a black screen

Whenever I try to run the latest version of Zsnes on fullscreen it only works for awhile, if I quit zsnes and try to fun again I only get a black screen and I need to delete the .cfg files to get it running in the small window
