not that many games were fixed in 1.40
ZSNES still has about 600 bugs as compared to snes9X which has just over 400 (myself and my group still havent finished on both the latest releases)
So thats not bad out of about 2500 roms

I think is a game bug. Sometimes disabling the music makes it work. Zsnes 1.36 official DOS version runs it well. It isn't an original game bug ;). I have the original game ;).
