Hi. Thanks for the info. In the end I tried snes9x and got it to work at 256x240 with the image filter forced to 1x and the video mode set to Direct Draw. It looks great. I tried it at 640x480 but to my eyes the picture quality looked inferior due to the interlacing and stretching.

256x224 with 256x240 resolution monitor
Hi Guys. I'm in the process of organising the front end for my cabinet. I'm setting up zsnes with HyperSpin. I have a modified CRT uses (RGB) and ArcadeVGA. I have figured out that the best resolution (please correct me if I'm wrong) for SNES is 256x224. The video card has a 256x240 res but not 256x...
