When you save configuration it saves to the same place as your savedirectory is set to, so you either have to copy the configuration file over to where it loads from. Not major, but certainly annoying until you work it out. I figure it's at least worth doumenting in the config file if there is a goo...

I didn't rename anything while transferring, so it should still work with the same names. I did try taking out the plain .smc file though and renaming it to just Final Fantasy 3.smc, but still no luck when I try to run it.

I tried to migrate my roms (well, only one of them so far) from Windows to Linux, but it doesn't seem to be recognising my save files. I moved the files: Final Fantasy 3.zip Final Fantasy 3.SRM Final Fantasy 3.ZS2 Final Fantasy 3.ZST Final Fantasy 3.ZS9 And FF3.zip contained just Final Fantasy 3 - V...
