I am the author of this program. Due to zsnesonline.com costing money, I simply couldn't afford the site and took it down. I am currently trying to look for another host. Until I do, I'm hosting the files on my own server, but since my IP changes alot, it doesn't work too well. Any suggestions?

Get a no-ip.org address

And download the syncher utility (iirc it comes in windows and linux favors)
