GameBoy Advance emulator/debugger
Are there any free (i.e. no money) GBA emulators that come with breakpoint debuggers or tracers?

VBA allows you to run an ARM targeted GDB against the AGB ROMs.jdratlif wrote:Are there any free (i.e. no money) GBA emulators that come with breakpoint debuggers or tracers?
May 9 2007 - NSRT 3.4, now with lots of hashing and even more accurate information! Go download it.

Re: GameBoy Advance emulator/debugger
When I tried it, it seemed to only work with elf targets. GDB/Insight wouldn't load the commercial ROM I wanted to debug.Nach wrote:VBA allows you to run an ARM targeted GDB against the AGB ROMs.jdratlif wrote:Are there any free (i.e. no money) GBA emulators that come with breakpoint debuggers or tracers?
But you say this is supposed to work? Maybe I will try to cross-compile my own GDB then.

I heard it works, and yes you need to cross compile it. It has to be ARM/ELF I believe.

<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?
