"open with..." is messed up.

Whenever I click "open wirth..." for "unknown" fitel types, the file opens in notepad, rather than letting me chose what program to use.. I was thinking it might be a registry issue, maybe it is, but running regsupreme pro on it didn't help.. so I'm kind of stuck, any idea what might be wrong? Thanks.

You may have registered all unknown filetypes to Notepad...

You would have to check the extension properties via Windows Explorer, IIRC.

Maybe try CCleaner or TweakNow RegCleaner?
