Ok we've read numerous topics with the same problem but we do not understand hardley what the helper guy is saying cause of all the big computer words i.e (DMZ etc etc).

Our problem is that she set up all the stuff just like the guide said and of course when we try to connect it says found client on her screen but it doesnt go to the chat box thing. We turned off the pc firewall and the mcfee/norton firewalls and still cannot connect. Please help us.

The DMZ issue you are talking about... The router has options for allowing a computer to be set outside the router's internal firewall. This allows you direct connections (but also leaves you out in the cold securitywise).

I hope this gives you some insight as to what this DMZ talk is all about.

Well not really but we did everything the guide says multiple times and back checked them all. We both tried to host and she only gets found client I dont get anything so we guessin she needs to be the host. We just can get past the found client part. We tried with udp on and off but nothin

The only other suggestion that comes to mind is to use Hamachi or whatever it is called. It allows for a virtual LAN and tunneling through the firewall and that should reduce the connectivity problem.
