She better be the posterchild for underage drinking and drunk driving.

A child doesn't need to drink that much to get his/her alcohol/blood level over an adult's limits.

Depends on the size and the innate tolerance of the child.

Tolerance has nothing to do with BAC, which is a measurement of the ratio of alcohol to other stuff in your blood.
Tolerance only affects how much it actually impairs you.

Speaking of which.... 11 hear-old succcessfully driving 100MPH while drunk?
Guess she played a lot of racing games.

it depends on how big the child was. if the 11 year old girl weighed 250 pounds, she must have drank quit a bit of alcohol to put her bac over the legal limit. even if this girl weighed 50 pounds, it would take less alcohol to get her bac up there, but she'd still feel a buzz, and drive no better than I do when I cruize around at 100mph after polishing off a fifth of jack.

It also depends on how much is muscle and how much is fat, since fat cells hold less water than muscles.
That's what my biology teacher said at least.

How do those detectors work? I mean, how can a child have more alcohol her body than an adult without being drunk? Ifit's about tolerance, I remember when I was 10 and my dad gave me half a beer can (over here beer usually has 3% alcohol). I was running around the house jumping before you knew it.

Wait until Mr Thompson hears about this, haven´t heard from him in months.

It's actually good we haven't heard from him. I'd like the guy to go away forever.
