PCSX2 v 0.9.5 does not work
Okay, here's the situation; I'm trying to use the SSE2 build (the one without the "T" in the name) and it says "cannot allocate enough virtual memory, would you like to use PCSX2 0.9.2t build instead. I know very well that this PCs specs are pretty darn good IIRC. Here they are
CPU - Pentium 4 3.20GHz (2 CPUs with SSE/SSE2/SSE3/etc)
RAM - 1024MB DDR 433 RAM
OS - WinXP Professional (or home, I forget) SP2 build
Video - nVidia GeForce 7800 XT PCI-E 256MB GDDR-3 RAM
Everything has been up to date (all the drivers). I don't know WHY this happens but it does.

Go to System in the control panel. Go to the advanced tab and click settings for the preformance box. This will open a new window. Click the advanced tab there and click change in the Virtual Memory box. Click the custom size button and try increaseing the maximum amount. When you are done press set, then ok. You will be then asked to restart. You now have more virtual memory.

Windows XP uses alot more memory than previous versions. Even though you actually have more physical memory, there might be less availible for this reason.

Tried setting the virtual memory size to "automatic"? Just a guess...
