Hellgate london

I did some google searches and couldnt figure this out. Is there anyway to run hellgate london at lower resolutions than the 1024x768 it sets it on. I really wanna run it at 640x480 because its going to a sdtv anyways and resolution doesnt matter. However im losing preformacing from it.

If there is a config file in its folder, check it out. If not, you might be able to tweak the settings in regedit.
