Assault Armoroid Angelio on WinXP SP-2 English

Hello,
I installed an image of:

Assault Armoroid Angelio: The Methuselah's Chronicle #1 (Japanese 2D Shooter)

But when I run the executable, an error message in some weird messed up text comes up and goes no further.

I suspect that the game is intended to work for the Japanese version of WinXP.
I'm using WinXP PRO SP-2 English.

How do I get around this problem?
If install Japanese language pack, will it work?
Or will I need to install a complete Japanese version of WinXP?

Install the east language pack for Xp (dunno it's name in english), take a screenshot and post it. I could translate.

Download Microsoft AppLocale and runs the main executable with the japanese language settings (unless you want to go through the trouble of installing the East Asian Language Support files and then switching your OS to use japanese language settings).

OK so, I installed the Japanese Language pack in WinXp PRO and also used the Microsoft AppLocale tool.
But this is what comes up when I tried Assault Armoroid Angelio.

Can anybody translate the options that you check in the title screen, as well as the error message?!
A tried all combinations but with no luck.

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Some games don't work properly with Microsoft Applocal and you actually have to switch your language to Japanese mode. Like for example Clannad wont run at all with applocal or the character selection menu in Artificial girl 3 will look messed up. To change it go to regional and language options in the control panel>advanced>then select Japanese from the drop down box. It should give you the option of copying the files from the hard disk if you already have the Language pack installed. As for the error I don't know what it says.. heck it might even be another problem.
