Connecting to dynamic ip

I do tech support for a small company and I have pcanywhere set up so i can connect remotely to their pcs. They have a dynamic ip address that constantly changes so I always have to walk one of their people through getting their external ip which is a waste of time. Is there a utility I can install on their pcanywhere server that can give me a static address I can connect to regardless if thier ip changes?

Maybe Hamachi could be of use? I don't know the program too well though.

+1 for dyndns. Install the client, have it automatically update the DNS server with the client's current external IP address every X minutes, and then remote PC using the PC's hostname. All that is with the basic free service as well

Hamachi would technically work as well, just in a different manner (creating a virtual private network). I had issues gaming with it in the past though, not quite sure why.

the router itself might have its own dyndns client, which makes things neater.
