I got some trouble in the netplay and I need assistance

I am using 4000 and 7845 UDP and TCP but none of them work for some reason.
I play once with someone with 7845 TCP but it don't work with any1 else.
Then I got help from Gary last time and it work with 4000 TCP then later on, it not working again...
I really need help on this weird stuff with port and the protocol :(
