"Choose State and Slot Level" with image.
I have a Wii Classic Controller adapter and I use two Joy2Key Profiles with the Home button as my profile switcher, using this set up I can switch from my "in_game" profile" to my "gui" profile and navigate Zsnes's menus and load games and such from my TV without having to get up. However, I've always found it bothersome that when I click "Choose State and Slot Level" there is no image (like there is for the similar function "F3") so I have to try every state and sometimes change slot levels until I find the one I'm after. Why not merge these two together so that clicking on "Choose State and Slot Level" in the menu brings up the same state picking screen as F3 or a hybrid of the two?

Re: "Choose State and Slot Level" with image.
I hate to say that they probably won't be adding that, since the next release will have a completely changed GUI anyway. I'd just stick to using the F3 menu, to be honest. There isn't a whole lot of reason to use the other pick state menu, for now, then see what happens for the next release.
Maybe these people were born without that part of their brain that lets you try different things to see if they work better. --Retsupurae

Why would that prevent it from being done ? Quite the contrary, at that.paulguy wrote:I hate to say that they probably won't be adding that, since the next release will have a completely changed GUI anyway.
The preview picture (and the F1/F3 menus) are remnants from zgui1. That stateload box is using the current zgui2, which doesn't have this specific widget of sorts in its abilities.
anyway, "your feature request has been noted, please hold until the next major release."
