error when i try to record a video

i try to record a video but i can,t please show me how and give me the link for lame build for it.

It appears you are trying to launch an installer or self-extracting archive as if it is the command line encoder. Are you sure that's a copy of the lame command line encoder?

idk i m not a and this lame is the original i must find the build for zsnes.
