i have a minor problem , im not sure if this has been asked before. ive noticed that some games dont run at full resoluion (ex. final fantasy III, chrono trigger and final fantasy v are the ones i noticed) in every mode. there are always black borders and i wanted to know if there is some way to fix this. any help is appreciated

The black border is more or less supposed to be there. There's noting actually wrong, it's just a computer monitor is different from a TV. The picture doesn't get stretched the same way on a monitor as it does on a TV.

yeah well, is there any way to stretch the image just like in a tv??

the problem is, that if you stretch the image, it won't have the same resolution ratio that the image in a tv.

well ok thanks, its just that im using my tv out to have a more real snes experience :lol: , but those black borders annoy me alittle. thanks anyway :(

Try a DS video mode, but it also won't be like the TV.

If you have an nvidia video card, you can use TVTool. I am able to get a very close TV-out image to the real SNES with that.
