snapshots without extra info

Currently the messages, the FPS display and the clock are included in the snapshots:

Maybe there could be an option for the command line that prevents this?

You can just turn the fps counter off via the f1 menu. As for the other info, after it disappears you can just reset and snap the screen you want.

You can also turn the clock off in the one of the menus.

I think his point was that system messages are included in screenshots, period. And he was asking for a commandline feature not to have this happen.

I think.

You'd be right, and he's not the first person to ask for such a feature.
whicker: franpa is grammatically correct, and he still gets ripped on?
sweener2001: Grammatically correct this one time? sure. every other time? no. does that give him a right? not really.

Yep, http://board.zsnes.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1001

It sounds like a sane request to me, but it would apparently be insane to implement.
