Screen Capture!!

Post by NocturnaMage »

I'm trying to capture some screens so I can use it for some sort of background but I don't know how. Can somebody tell me and show me where to find it?

You could try using zsnes snapshot function (press F1 for the menu) or using printscreen.

Are you sure? Remember that you have to paste what you capture with Printscreen in paint or something like that.

PrintScreen key is a poor alternative to built-in screen capturing methods, except for the rare software which actually binds that key, perhaps half in an attempt to confuse users who will expect it to behave normally instead of saving the in-game shot to disk.

Print screen should only be used in ZSNES if you want to capture high resolution bitmap data, with all the filters and other special output applied.

The option under F1 will give you a far smaller image, both resolution and file-size wise. It also has the capability of going directly to PNG.
