I'll be playing a game, any game (I use a Gravis Gamepad USB) and once the screen saver interval kicks in, *bang* I lose control of the system. Some tapping of the windows key and ALT/TAB keys later, I finally get Windows to reawaken and then I am able to get back into ZSNES and pick up the pieces of my game (it's still intact but of course the character will have been killed or run off to a point where I didn't want it).

Isn't there any way that ZSNES can be tweaked to 'bump' the system idle timer to keep that from happening? I don't want to have to turn off the screen saver every time I want to start ZSNES, nor do I always remember to tap ESC twice every so often (again, this is to reset the system idle timer)...

Any suggestions?
Run down of my system: (though I'm not sure how much bearing it has on this bug?)
