Save state problems

Post by forklord »

I just backed up my entire zsnes folder with roms and emu in it because i got a new computer. i put it on my new computer and now i cant save over previous saved states, i can only save over empty slots. and i have the same problem with ePSXe but its even worse. no save states work and neither do memory cards. Help? or is there another forum for this?
Thanks!

Check if your files are tagged as "read only" untag them.

To elaborate a little more on what Joe C. said:
1. Find where you put your save states.
2. Highlight all of them.
3. Right click on a file and click "Properties".
4. Click on the read-only box, and click OK.
5. Start your emulator and ROM, then load a save state. It should work fine.
<Nach> so why don't the two of you get your own room and leave us alone with this stupidity of yours?
