Key Combination Netplay Option Request

I think you should give the host of a netplay game the option whether to allow key combinations in the game because sometimes friends would like to use them and sometimes yes, it wouldn't be appropriate to use them.

This would cause desyncs, which is bad.

Netplay doesn't even exist right now.

It has to be completely rewritten, so it will be a while before anything like that is done.
