Serious lag problem

Hello,I'm new here.
Anyway,when I try to play games with netplay,it lags ALOT.
I tried playing with different people,disabling as many processes as I could,searched for viruses,spyware,adware,reset my connection,restarted computer,turned off firewall...I pretty much tried everything.
It wasn't like this before.It works just fine when I'm playing alone.

Any help would be appreciated :)

24 mbit.
Anyway,I fixed the problem by enabling the UDP connections thing.

Agh,I was trying to play on UDP with my friend today,but it says "found client" then nothing happens.
TCP/IP still works though,but as I said,that lags like hell.
