I try to net play, and I allow it through firewall and everything, but it still won't work... please help me.

Do you have any other firewalls on your computer? Does the person you trying to play with have a router or firewall?

I have no other firewalls, my friend has a firewall but is allowing zsnes and that. NOTE: If you can help me, yahoo im me: therunawayfiveteen1

How does it allow zsnes if he has a firewall? That doesn't sound true.

First of all, if you have a firewall you can allow certain programs to go through. Second, I just thought of instant messenger as an option. Third, I'm not sure if i'd disable my firewall in case of a virus.

There's a difference betwen allowing a program to access the internet (outgoing connections) and setting it up to accept incoming connections. Your firewalls need to be configured to accept incoming connections on TCP and UDP port 7845.
