Funnily enough, my scene release is already pre-extracted. (supposedly they did this as part of the ripping process) It seems the game can read from directories, though the *.diesel files are still there for some parts. Though I seen what you mean about the open formats: all audio is in WAV or OGG, there is DDS textures (which can be loaded under OpenGL), plus the craploads of XML.

Did you upgrade your arm yet?

This game is really a lot of fun. I'm now trying to get some medals and yasichis have 6 and 8 respectively so far.

I'm still in the early stages, due to me not playing the game intensively.
