Yes, I know. I was just teasing you. :) Don't worry, I'm not going to quit being a ZSNES tester. Sure, for the casual user, the latest "stable" version might be better, unlike before 1.40 was introduced.

Agreed, before 1.40 using the latest official version was not exactly viable :)

Yes, the WIPs are not for everyone.

For example, I make break compatibility with save states for DSP-1 games with other WIPs in the near future. But I'll be preserving compatibility with previous version of ZSNES, but not previous WIPs.
May 9 2007 - NSRT 3.4, now with lots of hashing and even more accurate information! Go download it.

I compiled and installed last WIP, and it just worked fine.
I fully agree with ipher's statement. I'll move back to an official release as soon as a new one arrives. :)
