Oh my...
I just read through this topic- and I have to say, whoever's got the Logitech analog stick, DUMP IT. It sounds to me like you're using the Logitech Dual Action, right? Dark blue or black, the same kind me (and thousands of others) have had to deal with. It's nothing but trouble, gets "jittery" and eventually becomes next to useless.
Get a better pad, seriously.
Can I make ZSNES ignore my controller's analog stick?

Not a Dual Action, just a plain old Action, but it sounds like they have the same problems.
