So, how exactly is this fake bidding allowed to occur (I'm well aware that it does)? Ebay preaches all that legally binding BS. Why isn't someone who bid $200,000 legally binded to pay that amount?
Any idiot who does that should have a court order to pay slapped to him if he/she wins and doesn't pay.

I think the legally binding bs is just that, bs.
