Getting more CDs in SSBB

Okay, quick question about SSBB; I have read in other FAQs on how to get more CDs, simply by making a custom stage, getting a conveyor belt moving toward a wall and only keeping sandbag items on and hitting it over and over again will force the sandbag to drop CDs. This method has discepancies. For one, this method does not work. According to this link, http://cheats.ign.com/ob2/068/748/748545.html it should. Any insight on this? (It's there toward the bottom of the page). And believe me, other FAQs have been proven all but useless in regards to this topic.

It works....it just takes a while for a CD to drop. Maybe the trick works better if someone didn't have a lot of songs in the beginning.

Yeah, it just was explained weird in the FAQ, but I got over 30 soundtracks from the method alone! Thanks for the advice!
