Someone is rewriting the linking code to allow interoperability between Dolphin and VBA-M (so GBA/GC communication occurs)
Not that people give a fuck anyway, since VBA itself is bloated, the code's a mess, plus other idiocies like what certain other emulators have....
......
But meh, there is fucktards that buy that stuff. Especially when all they care about is emulation done right down to the per cycle/subcycle level, so they can circlejerk to it.
