Trouble with my zsnexbox emulator

First I want to apologized if this has been asked before but so far I have not found the answer I have been looking for.

I recently purchased a modded Xbox from someone who actually purchased it himself that way. Everything seems to be working properly except for this emulator program. When I go into the program and start trying to play a game everything wants to scroll to the left all the time, like if I was holding down the go left button. For instance when I tried to play Secret of Mana the character would always try to run to the left without me touching anything. It would go another way when directed, but the moment I let off the direction pad it again goes left. This problem has also caused a glitch with me trying to pick up the sword which I can't seem to grab.

If anyone knows how to fix it I would greatly appreciate it. You can even reach me by phone number which I will give out to those who email me and let me know they can help me or not. Also I want to point out that I don't know which version of this program I am using because I don't know where to find that info. If it is on the help screen then I might have some problems since everything disappeared after I went to that screen and I cant seem to get it to come back.

first off, all replies here are board only. no need to give out your e-mail or phone number, unless you want unwanted evils

that being said, I'm not sure we even support zsnexbox, given that for whatever reason the authors wouldn't release the source.
