Automatically set mouse to port 1 at game startup

I was wondering if this has already been implemented or if it can be but I use mario paint and everytime I use it I have to go in setting and select mouse at port 1, is there a way you can set it so a certain rom will use a certain controller type automatically when opened?

Use NSRT @ http://nsrt.edgeemu.com to added a special NSRT header to your rom, which will allow ZSNES to do this for you automatically.
