So what would you guys recommend because I seriously don't want to get in trouble with the government. Also what would be the punishment for this if caught?

So if I was to download a ROM illegally I would get in trouble. Well what about the person who supplied it?

um... i'm lost? Some say it is illegal and some say its legal so waht is it (I need to know so I can decide whether to download or not).

another thing if ROM's are illegal then why do I find them everywhere on the net. I mean you just go to google then type in the name then ROM (example I guess: Super Mario ROM) and up pops a buncho links that get you to places that let you download ROMs.

and just what are the chances of the government finding out? also what is the point of an emulator if all you do is take that same game(and you already own it) and play it on the computer? isn't it just better to just play it on your snes?

WTF is a dumper? (heh,heh dump). Also say I do download something does that mean if the government finds out the feds will one day bust into my house and smash my computer. If so that would kick so much fuckin' ass.

Dang... when you download ROMs is that legal? Because some have a warning that say don't download unless you have a copy of it. So I don't download those.

damn it. When I put in the cheats and lvl up all that remains is full health. Everyother thing (attack,defense) all go back to normal.

I was on google looking for ROMs for this ZSNES and I came upon ConsoleClassix.com. They say their's is legal so does that make everyother one illegal? Also just saying at ConsoleClassix it costs money for snes games. You can play atari and nes for free and some of them are cool.

When I open it up the first time, no sound. I enable it thaen close then re-open and then it works. They should fix it.

huh? No, I'm pretty sure it's ROM because on google when I put RAM it just says spelling error thing and a link that says ROM.

are these for the ROM version? and how do you make your own?
