Ok if by the graphics pack you mean the thrid download on the Star Oceans project page, then I have already downloaded it. I guess i really do not know what to do with it.

For some reason I can not play Star Ocean on my ZSNES. I have downloaded every single possible ROM of Star Ocean I can find and they ALL do not work.
