Star Ocean Problems

For some reason I can not play Star Ocean on my ZSNES. I have downloaded every single possible ROM of Star Ocean I can find and they ALL do not work. The ones that actually load and i can play, are all jacked up and you can't see any thing. Is there something wrong with my ZSNES? Or is there something wrong with my computer? Or am I just screwed?

If you're using an older version of Zsnes, and you're seeing a bunch of colored blocks, then you need the graphics packs on the DeJap website. Newer versions of Zsnes do not need them.

We need to make the first-time notice about reading the docs have a 15-second delay before the user can push space.
