Yeah, 1 frame sounds like what it needs to be- that's fast enough that you don't notice a delay and I don't know whether or not some software can have a cycle slow enough that it wouldn't even recognize that there was a release. I'll go ahead and transfer payment if you'll let me know your payment m...

Sounds great. I need to know how and where to pay. Double check and make sure you know exactly what the feature should do: -Y button always on -Upon button press, Y button comes off only briefly then immediatly back on untill the next button press, regardless of holding -must work with gamepad acces...

feature req. w/ money compensation
Since my request won't benefit everybody and it is for research purposes, I'm willing to pay by the hour for the time it takes to code. Some time ago I commissioned a version of ZSNES that allowed me to flip the status of the Y button so that its status was reversed: the program treated the button a...

Key Comb. = disable other input. updated? fix?
Apparently when you define a key combination, all other input is disabled for as long as that button is held. Was there ever a way around this or maybe has it been improved after version 1.43?

The biggest reason why modern games suffer in terms of gameplay is simple; 3-D poses a lot of complications and no game designer knows enough about gameplay to fix those problems. You have bland physical interactions with elements (such as run up to a guy and press attack until he's dead), shifting ...

Well as long as we're having a discussion about gameplay, let me explain what I know so far: Fast all the time is bad, you overshoot subtle motions. I've seen this problem many times. But if you have weight, acceleration, like Mario has, it automatically gives you varying degrees of speed. The great...

You hit it on the head, it's the run button, and while there are other games to try it on, the mario games are in fact the primary items of interest. I'm not interested in playing it as much as I am in observing it. You see I'm incredibly meticulous when it comes to gameplay design, and the more I l...

Well I thought that it might be a one hour job, and if that really is the case I couldn't pay more than $30 for it. As for payment my guess is that most of you are directly associated with ZSnes, which would mean that I could use the PayPal link on the site as an easy route to compensate you. Even i...

The modification is hopefully pretty simple: just an emulator with the Y button stuck on permenantly, Then when you actually press the Y button the program releases Y very briefly and goes back on again. I'd have to be able to toggle this option with a keyboard button, I'll also want the option to s...

This is for game design research.
I'm looking for somebody that would be willing to build a slightly customized version of zsnes for me; I'm willing to pay for your time. It's a small edit, I estimate that it wouldn't take longer than an hour.
