Well, when I was having the exact same issue, enabling SRAM CHECK + SAVE was what fixed it. And my ROM is fine.

Maybe it is only needed for certain revisions of the game.

That could explains what is wrong with my mom's new Ascentâ„¢ flat CRT.

So does this mean the SNEs's native resolution is 256x224? I always thought it was 320x240 :/

http://board.zsnes.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=4226&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=25 Is there any way to get New Game + to work? How about you finish the game completely first before asking for ng+ ? No offence, your Developerness, but I already tried that. Any other ideas? :) Get a goo...

I used to use a PS2 2 USB adapter plug, but then my girlfriend got the Mad Catz Xbox-wanna be controller for the PC and now I'm finding the exact same issue. The odd thing is, the L trigger is the only trigger not responding correctly. The R trigger (same analog throttle style) Functions correctly a...

Just as a side note, I'm also finding that ZSnes v1.42 run's at about 60% of my 1.3GHz CPU during emulation, then runs at 95%+ when in the GUI, so there may be some merit to that particular concern. IIRC previous versions of ZSNES ran near idle while in the GUI. EDIT: I've turned off the effects and...

Looks like I got mixed up. But it's the answer is still the same. Something to do with Zsnes' priorities. I'm quite sure you can't do the two things at the same time. I don't know if this is going to change in the future. I've seen an emulator do it before, once long ago...if I can remember which e...

Weird, I have no issues dragging my ZSNES window over to my 2nd monitor. I just want to be able to continue to control it when the active windows switches to something other than ZSNES.

I'm using an Asus V9520 Magic (GeForce FX5200) video card on an Asus P3B-F mainboard.

Forgive me, but...how can any given video card have an effect on allowing an application to continue to accept joystick input as the non-active window?

I should have thought to search the forums as well, my apologies. I'll do that now.

Run in background?

Would it be possible to add to the code so that the emulator can continue to accept input from the keyboard or joystick even when ZSNES isn't the active window? That would be awesome, since I have a dual monitor setup with my TV...then the girlfriend can game while I surf the 'net. I'm nearly certai...
