In the latest wip there is some missing text in the Mega man x3 intro (when the robot is onscreen with the doppler D logo)
This worked fine in the previous Sep. 4th wip.

The Sufami Turbo base cart config doesn't work anymore in the latest wip.
maybe the other basecart configs too?
