ZSNES board

it ain't there, the game is star ocean. so i go in the s section but it isn't there.

I want to put a rom on my zsnes v1.5, i got the place im getting it from, but i don't know how to work it. When you download it , it comes in a folder with the game in it, and the game can't start unless it knows what program created it.(thats what it says when i click on it).

ok thanks, o yah and also i downloaded the v 1.5 and i came with no games, isnt it supposed to come in a package?

I can't find one simple place to find instructions for zsnes, i just got v 1.5 and it came with no instructions, just the shortcut startup. Can anyone tell me if it's in this forum somewhere or on another website or something? I am really really stuck here. I don't really understand anything people ...

the zsnes also supports game genie codes, i found those the mose effective.

before i meant right when i downloaded it I clicked on it ( and a thing came up saying i needed to find what program to run with it) so I was trying to get zsnes to run with it, and it didn't work.

well anyway can you at least tell me how to get the dejaped Star Ocean to run with zsnes when you download the decompression pack?

im usually good with this stuff but when i tried getting the rom for Star Ocean dejap style from these guys, i tried putting my zsnes with it to have it run when i clicked on SO but it wouldnt work, unlike last time. so it tried something else, and it would'nt come off of the game shortcut.
